KENNESAW/BIG SHANTY FESTIVAL
APRIL 19 & 20, 2008
The 32ND Annual Kennesaw/Big Shanty Festival will
be held in downtown Kennesaw on April 19 & 20. The festival features over 200 arts and crafts booths, 20 food booths,
20 general booth spaces and admission is FREE. The festival attracts over 45,000 people from all around
North Georgia. There are two entertainment stages, all types of children's activities, and plenty of festival food.
The Big Shanty Festival will begin with a parade through downtown Kennesaw at 9:30 on Saturday morning, April 19TH.
The show hours are 10 AM - 6 PM on Saturday and 12 Noon - 5 PM on Sunday. The show will feature an authentic civil war
encampment on the grounds. The Kennesaw/Big Shanty Festival is one of the largest festivals in North Georgia.

Spring Jonquil Festival
April
26 & 27, 2008
The Spring Jonquil Festival is located on the beautiful Village Green in downtown Smyrna, Georgia.
There will be 150 arts & crafts booths, 12 food booths, and plenty of children's activities. The show will also
feature a local entertainment stage.
The show will draw crowds of around 15,000 people.
Show hours are 10 AM -6 PM on Saturday and 12 Noon - 5 PM on Sunday. Admission is $1.00; children under 12 as well as
senior citizens are admitted FREE.
- Use of a 10' x 10'space (or larger is negotiable), tent,
table, chairs in a high traffic area. Solicitation and promotion is restricted to booth space. Festival Chair must approve
giveaways and promotional activities.
- Sponsor's logo will appear on T-shirts that are distributed
to vendors participating in the event.

Marietta Fourth of July Celebration
July 4, 2008
The Marietta Fourth of July Celebration is set on the beautiful Marietta Square. The event kicks off with one of
the state's grandest Fourth of July parades at 9:00 AM and goes until after the fire works around 10:00 PM. The
celebration consists of 80 arts and crafts booths, children's activities, all types of food, and entertainment throughout
the day. The day concludes with an evening concert, followed by one of Metro Atlanta's largest fireworks show.
Last year's event attracted over 80,000 people to the Marietta Square, making the event one of the largest
Fourth of July Celebrations in the state.

"A Blue Ribbon Affair"
September 13 & 14, 2008
The 19th annual "A Blue Ribbon Affair" will be held on September 13-14 at Jim R. Miller Park in Marietta, Georgia.
The show consists of over 200 Arts & Crafts spaces, 15 food booths, and children's activities. The "A Blue
Ribbon Affair" is always the weekend prior to the start of the North Georgia State Fair and is included in the advertising
and promotion of the fair.
The show hours are 10 AM - 6 PM, Saturday and 12 Noon - 5 PM, Sunday. Attendance
for the 2007 "A Blue Ribbon Affair" topped 17,000 people. Show admission is $1.00, children
12 and under are FREE.
